Please note that the CBSPD will only allow us to issue a certificate of completion for one year from the date of original publication where noted.
If you are NOT a member of NCAHCSP, please include a $20 fee before an in-service certificate will be issued. Your fee includes a calendar year membership, inclusion in the mailing list and entitles you to submit the next newsletter in-service offerings for the cost of a postage stamp. You will need to complete the Membership Application (link is on the left of your screen) and send along with your fee.
